Kevin Fahrman, The Bandit, posted Valentines all over Portland every year for decades. He remained anonymous yet his actions brightened everyone's day in the cold and frigid Maine winter. We celebrate Kevin's gesture of love by posting these Valetine's Day hearts every year.
